  • Minimum 5 years' experience in training within retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors
  • Bachelor's degree required; professional training certifications are a plus
  • Field coaching and hands-on store training experience preferred
  • Strong communication and facilitation skills across different levels and cultures
  • Passionate about retail with strong awareness of fashion/luxury trends
  • Self-driven, energetic, and highly independent with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Effective collaborator with cross-functional teamwork mindset
  • Strong project management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
  • Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving business needs
  • Willing to travel and work flexibly, including outside of regular store hours
  • Design & Deliver Training Programs
  • Implement and adapt global onboarding and training curricula to support business goals and elevate customer experience across Singapore stores.
  • Field Coaching & In-Store Training
  • Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, deliver workshops, and enhance selling, service, and clienteling skills.
  • Training Needs Analysis & Strategy Alignment
  • Partner with retail leadership to assess talent gaps, align training initiatives with short- and long-term business objectives, and support leadership development.
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Track training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics (e.g., Mystery Shopper scores), and maintain detailed records of training programs.
  • Brand & Culture Ambassador
  • Act as a key motivator and brand champion, fostering a strong service culture, building internal talent, and representing Kate Spade's values in all training activities.
