
Retail Training Manager

- Minimum 5 years' experience in training within retail, luxury, or FMCG sectors
- Bachelor's degree required; professional training certifications are a plus
- Field coaching and hands-on store training experience preferred
- Strong communication and facilitation skills across different levels and cultures
- Passionate about retail with strong awareness of fashion/luxury trends
- Self-driven, energetic, and highly independent with excellent interpersonal skills
- Effective collaborator with cross-functional teamwork mindset
- Strong project management and multitasking abilities under tight deadlines
- Adaptable to fast-paced environments and evolving business needs
- Willing to travel and work flexibly, including outside of regular store hours
- Design & Deliver Training Programs
- Implement and adapt global onboarding and training curricula to support business goals and elevate customer experience across Singapore stores.
- Field Coaching & In-Store Training
- Conduct regular store visits to provide coaching, deliver workshops, and enhance selling, service, and clienteling skills.
- Training Needs Analysis & Strategy Alignment
- Partner with retail leadership to assess talent gaps, align training initiatives with short- and long-term business objectives, and support leadership development.
- Monitoring & Reporting
- Track training effectiveness through feedback, performance metrics (e.g., Mystery Shopper scores), and maintain detailed records of training programs.
- Brand & Culture Ambassador
- Act as a key motivator and brand champion, fostering a strong service culture, building internal talent, and representing Kate Spade's values in all training activities.
