- Responsible for forwarding and receiving all information pertaining to the department.
- Receive, record, and distribute various reports / information.
- Receive, record, and transmit guest requests accurately.
- Maintain and update administrative data.
- Assist with daily supplies order and financial reports.
- Respond to special requests for functions, outlets and guests in a timely manner through emails and telephone conversations.
- Maintain monthly attendance records.
- Coordinate & follow up with other departments.
- Any other job-related duties as assigned by superior.
- Perform all duties in accordance with Marina Bay Sands policies and within the realm of the Marina Bay Sands Company vision, mission, and values.
- Minimum secondary school graduate
- At least 1 year in a similar role in a Deluxe Hotel Floral/Housekeeping or related environment.
- Ability to successfully operate in a large-scale high-pressure environment with sudden change in business levels.
- Possess a good command of spoken and written English & Mandarin to communicate with fellow Chinese speaking colleagues and give clear instructions over the phone & email for work purpose.
- Able to obtain and ensure appropriate use of equipment, facilities, and materials needed to do certain work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment preferred.
- Pleasant personality with excellent customer service attitude.
- Able to work rotating shifts, during weekends and public holidays.
- Excellent time management, organizational, communication and motivational skills.
