With a strong track record of results and a passionate teaching team, we’re not just about academics — we aim to inspire confidence and a love for learning in every student.Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities*Ideate, plan, and produce engaging short-form video content for social media platforms, showcasing Achievers Dream’s student life, teaching culture, and lab sessionsStay on top of platform trends and viral content — and creatively adapt them to fit the education/tuition industryAssist in content planning, calendar management, and campaign brainstorming for student recruitment and brandingWrite fun, clear, and brand-aligned captions that connect with both students and parents (bonus if you know how to bring in local humour and relatable school-life vibes!)Support photo/video shoots at our outlets, lab sessions, or team eventsMonitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and help grow our follower base organicallyCollaborate with the marketing, HR, and teaching teams to align social media with Achievers Dream’s brand goalsTrack performance metrics and suggest improvements for better reach and engagementRequirementsPassionate about social media, storytelling, and content creation — you’re already scrolling TikTok/IG for ideasFamiliar with current trends, memes, and content styles popular among students and young adultsBasic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Canva, or similar toolsStrong sense of creativity, visual aesthetics, and attention to detailIndependent, fast-moving, and full of fresh ideas — not afraid to test, experiment, and learnBonus: prior experience managing personal/brand accounts, or having a content portfolioWhat You’ll GainReal experience building a brand’s social presence in the education industryA chance to create portfolio-worthy content that impacts both students and parentsOpportunities to contribute your own creative markApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
