We're on the lookout for a creative and driven Content Creator to manage our social media presence — someone who thrives on creating engaging, interactive posts, stories, and reels that bring our brand to life.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Be Doing:Create & Edit Videos

Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos (Reels, TikTok, Stories) that are visually compelling and reflect our brand’s tone and mission.

Manage Social Media AccountsOversee day-to-day content for TikTok and Instagram — including story updates, post scheduling, trend monitoring, and follower engagement.Stay Trend-SavvyKeep tabs on viral challenges, memes, and trending audio to craft timely and relevant content.Craft Interactive ContentDevelop polls, quizzes, behind-the-scenes moments, and fun educational content to keep followers engaged and returning for more.Engage With Our CommunityRespond to comments, spark conversations, and help build a genuine and active online community.Analyze & ImproveMonitor performance metrics to evaluate what’s working, and propose fresh ideas based on content insights.Requirements:Prior experience creating viral or high-performing content for TikTok and/or InstagramStrong video editing skills (CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling skillsUp-to-date knowledge of social media trends and Gen Z content cultureSelf-motivated, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentMinimum commitment of 5 months from Aug 2025Bonus: Experience working with educational or youth-focused content.
