Facility Executive (Tuas, up to $3,000)

• Perform regular inspections of the building and equipment to identify maintenance needs, safety risks, or areas for improvement
• Coordinate and follow up on repairs, maintenance tasks, and servicing work as instructed by the Building Manager
• Liaise with vendors and contractors for routine works and ensure timely completion as per service level agreements

• Nitec and above
• At least 2 years of experience in facility operations, maintenance, or building services.
• Familiarity with safety regulations, maintenance practices, and contractor coordination.
