- Design on-brand assets: Create high-quality, social-native creatives, ads, and CRM visuals that are both performance-driven and aligned with Lendela’s brand guidelines.
- Own CRM performance: Plan and execute lifecycle campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels, combining design and messaging for maximum impact.
- Experiment boldly: Run structured A/B tests on messages, creatives, and sequences—then analyse and report results.
- Create content that converts: Develop full-funnel creatives across formats and channels, from static ads to short-form video.
- Support growth initiatives: Contribute to SEO, content, affiliates, and KOL campaigns by ensuring creatives are engaging, clear, and conversion-ready.
- Collaborate across functions: Work closely with product, design, and leadership to scope and push forward high-impact marketing initiatives.
- A creative portfolio showcasing strong visual design skills across digital formats.
- Ability to follow brand guidelines with precision, ensuring every asset is consistent, polished, and purposeful.
- Experience (or strong interest) in marketing—especially CRM, lifecycle, or digital campaigns.
- A mix of creativity and analytical thinking: you know how to design for conversions, not just aesthetics.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Canva, Capcut, Adobe Suite (bonus if you’re strong in motion/short video editing).
- Comfort with data—using performance metrics to iterate, improve, and make independent decisions.
- Detail-oriented, curious, and quick to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
