- SEO & Digital Ads: Conduct keyword research, implement SEO strategies, manage Google Ads campaigns, optimise performance, and report ROI
- Website Management: Maintain WordPress website, handle hosting/domains/security, troubleshoot issues, and ensure mobile responsiveness and fast load times
- Content & Social Media: Create engaging video, photo, and written content; manage social media calendars; monitor engagement; and grow online communities
- Offline Marketing & Promotions: Execute ground campaigns, recruit shift workers, coordinate street teams, design marketing/brand materials, and build local partnerships
- Email Marketing & CRM: Manage targeted email campaigns, segment customer lists, personalise communication, and track engagement metrics
- Partnerships & Collaboration: Build and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders for joint promotions and co-branded initiatives
- Marketing Analytics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs across all channels, conduct competitor research, and prepare regular performance reports
- Administration & Customer Support: Handle inbound customer queries, manage databases/contracts, support operations, and assist in marketing/operational events.
- At least 2 years experience in a multi-faceted marketing role (covering at least 3 of the above areas)
- Proven skills in SEO, Google Ads campaign management, and social media content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Office 365, and design tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar)
- Familiarity with WordPress website admin and basic HTML/CSS knowledge preferred
- Experience in both online and offline campaign execution
- Strong communication, organisation, and multitasking abilities
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines
