We are hiring a Shipping Officer to manage daily shipping and logistics operations for a chemical manufacturing company. The role requires accuracy, coordination, and strong communication skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and check shipping documents (Invoice, DO, Packing List, Bill of Lading, MSDS, etc.)Arrange and track local/overseas shipments (sea, air, courier)Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customersEnsure compliance with customs, export/import, and DG requirementsWork with production/warehouse teams for timely dispatchMaintain shipment and inventory records, update system (ERP/Excel)Requirements12 years shipping/logistics/admin experience (manufacturing/chemical preferred)Knowledge of import/export and DG shipping documentation is an advantageProficient in Excel and basic admin toolsDetail-oriented, organized, and able to multitaskAurora Asia (21C0671) | Stephanie Luan (R21100585)joslah 5/8/2025 Penny ID: 0000030641training will be provided
