Enterprise Experience: 15+ years in senior architecture roles, ideally within insurance or financial services, with hands-on delivery of large-scale, end-to-end solutions.
Strategic Architecture Leadership: Proven ability to define and execute forward-looking architecture strategies aligned to business goals across complex, multi-country environments.Deep Technical Expertise: Strong command of modern tech stacks-cloud, APIs, microservices, data platforms, real-time processing, and event-driven architectures.Team & Talent Leadership: Track record of building and leading high-performing architecture teams across geographies.Regional & Global Reach: Over a decade of regional or global responsibility, influencing architecture across diverse APAC markets.Stakeholder Influence: Skilled in aligning IT strategies with executive vision, and in managing internal and external relationships at a senior level.Clear Communicator: Comfortable translating complex technical concepts for both technical and business audiences, from boardroom to engineering floor.Resilient & Results-Oriented: Self-motivated, adaptive to change, and effective in high-pressure environments with multiple competing priorities.
