  • Position Title: Logistics Operation Supervisor
  • Working Location: Downtown Core
  • Working Hours: 5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Performance Bonus
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with new and existing customers to provide good service and ensure their satisfaction.
  • Monitor daily shipment progress and give timely, accurate updates from booking to delivery.
  • Keep accurate records of all shipments, including shipping documents and forms, following international trade rules.
  • Work closely with carriers, agents, and other partners to ensure smooth delivery to customers.
  • Handle booking, documentation, billing, costing, and reporting tasks on time and accurately as required.
  • Take on other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager or Head Office.

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sea or air freight forwarding.
  • Experience in managing import/export permits and other general logistics operation
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
