  • Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for O2C Billings, overseeing processes including client master maintenance, invoicing, revenue processing, management reporting, audit/tax compliance, internal controls, and sub ledger closure.
  • Participate in O2C system implementation and upgrades, covering requirements definition, design, configuration, testing, training, change management, and cut-over.
  • Evaluate billing practices to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction, implement strategies to reduce audit and tax exposure, review procedures, standardize activities, and establish KPIs/SLAs for guiding O2C strategy.
Other Responsibilities:
  • Support annual audit and tax audit requests related to O2C Billings, liaise with bankers, outsourced firms, and auditors as necessary, and undertake ad-hoc duties assigned by the manager.
The Successful Applicant
  • 5 years of progressive experience in Order-to-Cash/Accounts Receivables, showcasing expanding responsibilities.
  • Proven track record of managing teams for at least 5 years.
  • Regional exposure in Asia Pacific.
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills adaptable to diverse audiences.
  • Dedication to service excellence with a proactive "Can do" attitude and strong customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and thorough knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
  • Strong presentation and analytical capabilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational prowess, and effective time management.
  • Capacity to handle multiple priorities concurrently.
  • Hands-on approach and self-initiative are essential traits for success in this position.
