- Deliver the full Selling Ceremony - including after-sales follow-up - while actively engaging in clienteling - to deliver a memorable personalized client journey and elevate the luxury brand experience
- Engage with diverse clients, always putting them at ease to develop long lasting relationships, fostering long-term loyalty through storytelling by providing a rich narrative behind each collection
- Understand customer preferences and past purchases to provide personalized recommendations and update relevant client information on internal platforms
- Actively work to achieve and exceed sales expectations
- Identify additional sales opportunities by understanding the specific needs of clients
- Embody the brand image by adhering to the specific dressing and behavior standards of luxury
- Contribute to maintaining the upscale atmosphere of the boutique
- Stay informed about the latest trends in the luxury and fashion industry
- Participate in all inventory management process, cycle counts and goods receptions to maximize efficiency at work, ensuring store operations at optimum operational standards
- Proficient and accurate usage of POS (Point-of-Sale)
- Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards in accordance brand guidelines, actively propose enhancement to the VM team to drive and maximize sales opportunities
- Ensure proper back of house maintenance and stocks management
- Ensure functional maintenance of the store
- Work collaboratively as an active team player to support all business activities
- Actively participate in any implementation of training and tools
- Maintain an open, positive, and constructive communication with team members
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the fashion or luxury sector
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a keen ability to identify with customers
- Fluent in English, proficiency of other language(s) will be an advantage
- Passionate about fashion and the client experience
- Good team player, driven by a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a resilient attitude.
