Job descriptionL'Oréal Graduate Trainee - Digital is a 12 months full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient and agile in learning Gen Z who is looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the Digital Marketing field.As a Graduate Trainee - Digital, you will gain valuable work experience in one of our Digital pillars, including Media, Advocacy, E-Commerce, and Consumer Experience. This program is designed to deepen your knowledge from university, showcase your skills on real projects, and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business cycle.By joining our program, you will not only have the chance to discover the beauty industry but also be exposed to various business models, build your network, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture, and our working environment. This experience will prepare you for the next steps in your career.----At L'Oréal, there is never a dull day, the beauty lies in the freedom to go beyond with our empowering entrepreneurial culture. You will be given responsibilities, goals to work on supporting business operations and delivering the real impact to brands, people, consumer, customers, suppliers, and other partners.We are looking for:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in any major, less than 1 year of work experience.
  • Fully committed for full-time job for whole duration from 1 July 2024 - 30 June 2025
Who can:
  • Data processing, data analysis with Excel (include Pivot table).
  • Create nice presentation with PowerPoint/Canva
  • Content writing & professional writing communication
  • Critical thinking & Problem Solving under time pressure
  • Strong Communication & Presentation
  • Project Management including personal management
It's a PLUS if you also can:
  • Data analysis & visualization with Power BI
  • Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, especially Adobe Photoshop
