L'Oréal Graduate Trainee - Digital is a 12 months full-time program designed for ambitious, compassionate, resilient and agile in learning Gen Z who is looking for an exciting opportunity to kickstart your career in the Beauty Tech, FMCG world.As a Graduate Trainee you will gain valuable work experience in one of our field. This program is designed to deepen your knowledge from university, showcase your skills on real projects, and provide you with a comprehensive understanding of our business cycle.By joining our program, you will not only have the chance to discover the beauty industry but also be exposed to various business models, build your network, and gain an overview of L'Oréal, our culture, and our working environment. Bachelor's or Master's degree holder in any major, less than 1 year of work experience.
Fully committed for full-time job for 1 year
Strong interest in beauty, digital, data & project management.
