As a Director in the CMS Practice, you will contribute to a dynamic mix of regional initiatives and client-facing engagements across Asia Pacific. This role offers a balanced focus between developing scalable solutions and thought leadership at the regional level, and leading or supporting strategic consulting projects in the markets.
- Regional Practice Development
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience, including strategy consulting, commercial payments, or financial services.
- Bachelor's degree required and advanced degree (e.g., MBA, Master's) preferred.
- Proven track record in leading complex consulting engagements and delivering strategic insights.
- Strong capability in developing frameworks, solutions, and recommendations that address client challenges.
- Experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and delivering high-impact client presentations.
- Ability to synthesize data-driven insights into actionable strategies.
- Demonstrated ability to develop scalable offerings, reusable assets, and thought leadership content.
- Passion for shaping the future of commercial payments and driving innovation across markets.
- Skilled in navigating matrixed environments and collaborating across functions (e.g., sales, marketing, risk, innovation).
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience in identifying client needs, qualifying opportunities, and supporting proposal development.
- Ability to guide clients through a consultative sales process and secure new engagements.
- Familiarity with internal systems for pricing, approvals, and revenue recognition.
- Detail-oriented with strong project management and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of the commercial cards and corporate banking, B2B payment trends and regulatory changes in Asia Pacific and globally
