$5K + AWS + VB + allowance5 working days, Mon - Fri, normal office hoursLocation: CentralResponsibilities

Provide IT technical support and troubleshooting of hardware, software, and networking issues for various users.
To keep the software up to-date and responsive to the changing needs of each department.
Establish, implement, and review IT policies, IT asset (hard and software) lifecycle policies, and standard and processes relating to the use, preservation and recovery of information assets to ensure proper usage, compliance and security
Coordinate with vendors for provision of end-user support and escalate to vendor for desktop/laptop hardware repairs or software troubleshooting
Develop and maintain installation and configuration procedures and system standards
Set up AV/video conferencing prior to general meetings
Perform inventory management and health check of software licenses, hardware, and other IT peripherals
Ensure proper documentation of all IT infrastructure setups, software licenses, and any software modifications

Requirements

Diploma in Information Technology or related discipline
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
Experience in IT / System/ Helpdesk/ Software/ Security / Network is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
