- This role is responsible for managing our 3PL partner in running respective area of the Singapore Hub DC operation;
- Ensure service levels, KPIs and budget targets are met
- Owner of QMS documents and be a trainer/auditor to 3PL partner
- Escalation point for 3PL for day to day issues
- Management of CAPA and SIR related to warehouse operations
- Monitoring and working with the 3PL on the optimal daily workload plan to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and sustainable way, continually looking into changes the workflows that will improve customer satisfaction while providing cost savings or cost avoidance in either dollar, process improvement, inventory reduction terms
- To identify, analyze and implement changes that simplify, standardize and improve processes, and provide innovative and flexible solutions.
- Work closely with QA/RA, legal, Trade compliance teams to ensure any process change meets regulatory and quality policy requirements before presenting it in a business case
- Keep abreast of industry trends, provider capabilities, technology capabilities, best practice across various industries and conduct proof of concept analysis that they can bring value to the MDT organization
