We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Logistics Analyst to join our dynamic Asia Transportation team. This role is critical in managing transportation service providers, driving logistics performance, and supporting cross-functional coordination across factories, planning teams, and global operations. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in driving logistics efficiency and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Manage transportation service providers, ensuring adherence to contractual terms and service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs); conduct monthly reviews and drive continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between factory logistics, planners, and buyers to ensure seamless supply chain coordination.
- Manage and support urgent delivery requirements, working closely with service operations, supply chain planning, and the control tower team.
- Conduct cost analysis for internal logistics and supply chain projects; support regular RFQ (Request for Quotation) processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance overall logistics efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Assist in quarter-end logistics activities to meet revenue and shipping targets.
- Address and resolve escalated logistics issues to maintain high service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven performance management.
- Familiarity with logistics cost structures, freight operations, and third-party logistics (3PL) management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and logistics/supply chain management systems (SAP experience is a plus).
