
APAC Employee Relations Manager – Technology

- Provide expert consultation and coaching to employees and managers on complex performance management, conflict resolution, investigations, and sensitive exits.
- Partner with HR Business Partners, Legal Counsel, and internal stakeholders to shape and uphold HR compliance policies.
- Lead and document investigations, assess risk, and recommend solutions.
- Drive proactive risk management through data analysis and trend identification.
- Facilitate workshops and enablement sessions to empower managers in handling employee relations effectively.
- Contribute to regional and global projects that enhance employee experience and organizational effectiveness.
- 10+ years in Employee Relations.
- Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority ER cases with consistency and discretion.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
- High integrity, autonomy, and a proactive mindset.
- Degree in a relevant field; legal background is a plus.
- Mandarin language skills desirable
