- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed business targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand key growth accounts.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with surgeons, hospitals, and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, clinical support, and operations teams to enhance customer experience and brand presence.
- Maintain high levels of clinical knowledge and ensure continuous product training across the team.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales forecasts, performance dashboards, and regular business reviews.
- Lead and execute product launches with Marketing Manager.
- Support marketing campaigns, trade exhibitions, workshops, and other promotional events.
- Assist in organizing local training and educational workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Identify and develop Key Opinion Leaders and potential faculty for both local and regional training events.
- Ensure pricing strategies align with market standards and company policies.
- Work with the operations team to ensure stock forecasts align with marketing plans
- Manage local instrument inventory and coordinate checklists with operations and logistics partners
- Drive team development by establishing individual development plans and building a strong talent pipeline.
- Lead the performance management process by conducting annual performance reviews and mid-year check-ins.
- Provide consistent mentorship and coaching to strengthen team capabilities and elevate performance.
- Foster a high-energy, high-performance culture grounded in accountability, integrity, and ethical conduct.
- Champion employee engagement by organizing regular engagement sessions and developing actionable plans based on feedback.
- Promote cross-functional collaboration to enhance operational efficiency and alignment.
- Ensure full compliance with company policies and take appropriate corrective actions when necessary.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- 5–7 years of sales experience in the medical device industry, preferably in joint replacement or orthopaedics.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proven experience in coaching or training others.
- A strong network within the healthcare professional community is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
- Ability to inspire, lead, and develop high-performing teams.
- Willingness to travel and work outside regular office hours as required.
