Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:Handle end-to-end event registration, including data entry and form processingInteract with clients and participants to assist with registrations and inquiriesPrepare and send confirmation emails, reminders, and updatesMaintain clean, accurate registration databases (Excel, Google Sheets, or platforms)Support on-site registration at events (e.g., check-ins, badge distribution)Track payments and refunds with internal records and systemsCollaborate with event and admin teams to ensure smooth event operationsIdentify registration issues and suggest process improvements when neededWhat We’re Looking For:Diploma/Degree in Business Admin, Hospitality, Event Management, or related fields1–2 years of admin, registration, or customer service experience preferredProficient in Excel/Google Sheets and comfortable with databasesExcellent communication skills (spoken and written)Meticulous and organized — good with handling details and timelinesTeam player with a client-first mindsetAble to work on-site, with occasional event-day support (may fall on weekends/evenings)What You’ll Get:Work in a creative, energetic, and supportive teamBe part of exciting local and regional eventsExposure to real event operations and backend coordinationAnnual leave, medical benefits, and professional developmentOpportunities for growth within a reputable events agencyApplication InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV to
