Job DescriptionWe are seeking fresh, self-motivated and passionate individuals to join our team. We specialize in managing business conferences and projects for corporate clients in Singapore and Southeast Asia.Responsibilities:

Plan event from start to finish according to requirements, target audience and objectives
Co-ordinate the development of event creative materials
Provide event logistics support and coordination for the planning and execution of events
Assist in preparation of proposals; presenting; managing work in progress meetings and close monitoring of time line.
You will be tasked to handle multiple projects and work within tight schedules

Requirements:

- Strong interest in event and project management
- Provide event logistics support and coordination for planning and execution of events
- Team player and able to support team members in event preparation such as event proposals and research work
- Ability to multi-task and work within tight schedules
- Willingness to travel
