Our mission is to transform property transactions by enhancing process transparency and creating an integrated digital platform that serves the entire conveyancing ecosystem. Imagine developing cutting-edge solutions that will benefit property buyers and sellers, legal firms, banks, and property agencies - all while making property transactions more efficient and seamless for everyone involved.As a Product Manager, you'll be at the forefront of this initiative, leading the development of a uniquely Singaporean digital platform that will facilitate thousands of property transactions annually. Our team believes in setting high standards while being unafraid to push improvements, combining technical excellence with user-centricity to reshape Singapore's conveyancing industry.[What are your responsibilities]You will be involved in planning and executing the full product lifecycle including the following:Strategic Vision and Leadership - Develop and articulate a compelling product vision for Singapore's digital conveyancing, align with agency's strategic goals, and partner cross-functional teams to achieve this visionProduct Lifecycle and Delivery - Drive end-to-end product development from discovery to launch, champion Agile practices, develop detailed user stories, and ensure quality through rigorous testing and validationStakeholder Research and Market Analysis - Conduct comprehensive research across the conveyancing ecosystem, identify market trends and opportunities, and translate stakeholder insights into strategic product positioningStrategic Roadmap Development - Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap that prioritizes features and enhancements based on business impact, stakeholder feedback, and market demandsContinuous Improvement - Lead post-launch improvement through data-driven analysis, identify enhancement opportunities, and drive iterative improvements to improve value and user experience.[What we are looking for][What we are looking for]
  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Infocomm Technology, Engineering or related subject area with minimum 5 years of relevant experience. Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for more senior roles
  • Prior working experience in product management, IT business analysis, application solutioning design and testing
  • Experience in modern product development/management technologies and practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development will be strongly preferred.
  • Working directly with engineers, designers and other product managers (ideally at least 3 years).
  • Strong analytical, conceptualisation and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills with the ability to pitch ideas and influence
  • A driven and motivated personality with an inquisitive mind
  • Ability to learn and apply
  • Relevant certifications such as CITPM, COMIT, PMP, and Certified Scrum Master.
