
Product Marketing Manager, Digital Content & Mobile VASes

- Owning and executing go-to-market strategies for CAST products (e.g., Video, Mobile Security, Digital Content, 5G VAS), driving adoption across Singtel’s consumer channels.
- Develop compelling product positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to customer segments.
- Plan and launch new CAST product packs in collaboration with Content Partnership and Product Development teams — including pricing, packaging, and channel enablement.
- Use customer insights and market research to identify trends, customer pain points, and opportunities for growth.
- Drive usage and monetisation of CAST.sg by optimising the digital purchase journey, improving conversion rates, and enhancing user experience.
- Partner with Product, IT, and Customer Care teams to improve onboarding, provisioning, and service activation experiences.
- Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (e.g. gross adds, activation rates, digital conversions) to inform strategy and continuous improvement
- Min Degree with 5 years of experience in in marketing / business domain
- Experienced in business case modelling
- Experienced in working with multiple teams to deliver major projects or feature updates, especially with IT and Product Development teams
- Proficiency in negotiating new business deals and managing different stakeholder interests (would be a plus!)
