  • Perform end-to-end Windows 11 user migration including user profiles, software inventory, apps testing, software packaging, etc
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any hardware, operating system, software and application related to the migration
  • Manage Security awareness training (new video, posters for ISO and advisory), support weekly BAU such as XDR and MS Defender status monitoring
  • Audit Server Hardening policies against CIS Benchmark, documentation and User guides, Onboarding & Offboarding of user accounts, updating of Server Hardware Inventory
