What the role is:This role is responsible for the development and review of operational contingency plans and standard operating procedures to ensure the security and resilience of Singapore's info-communications & media infrastructure, and digital operating environment.What you will be working on:It entails working with internal and external stakeholders to develop and review ops doctrines, concept of operations and supporting systems across MDDI's domain areas. These support and enhance our operational readiness both in peacetime and crises. In addition, the role also involves coordinating with stakeholders to conduct operations/exercises, resource planning for ops needs, and ensuring ministry requirements are incorporated into higher-level planning forums.What we are looking for:
At least four to six years of experience in operations planning and development, incident & crisis management, ops centre management, or emergency preparedness • Knowledge of cybersecurity, infocomm/media industry and technology would be useful • Some understanding of national security considerations and operating context is required • Familiar with developing and drafting of standard operating procedures • Ability to speak and write in English effectively, preferably with experience in preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders of all levels • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • Ability to deal with ambiguity and remain calm under pressure Please note that only shortlisted candidates would be notified.
