- Strategic Partnership Leadership: Build and scale creative, high-impact partnerships with tourism boards, ministries, and destination marketing organisations, as well as with travel and non-travel adjacent brands.
- End-to-End Deal Ownership: Lead the partnership process from concept to contract, shaping campaigns that go beyond media sales to deliver integrated, storytelling-led solutions with measurable results.
- Revenue Growth: Consistently deliver and exceed quarterly commercial targets, driving measurable growth across APAC.
- Industry Influence: Represent Skyscanner with senior decision-makers across destinations and brands, positioning Skyscanner as a trusted partner in the travel media space.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with agency, marketing, ad delivery and product teams to design and execute partnerships that inspire travellers and achieve client goals.
- AI-Driven Optimisation: Leverage a strong understanding of how AI is transforming travel, media, and brand marketing to unlock insights, optimise campaigns, and scale commercial impact.
- Insights & Strategy: Bring market intelligence and brand marketing insights to inform strategy, helping uncover new categories and growth opportunities.
- Proven senior experience in commercial partnerships, brand marketing, or media/advertising sales, with strong exposure to the travel marketing ecosystem (destinations, tourism boards, or travel brands).
- Demonstrated ability to lead creative, strategic partnerships that go beyond media placements, delivering brand impact and measurable results.
- A strong network of senior contacts across agencies, brands, and destinations in APAC, with a track record of engaging C-level stakeholders and decision makers.
- Commercial acumen with a consistent record of scaling revenues and outperforming targets.
- Solid understanding of AI's role in travel, media, and marketing, and how to apply it to optimise partnerships and drive growth.
- Strong negotiation and deal-making skills, with the ability to craft complex, multi-market partnerships.
- Comfort working autonomously in a fast-paced, matrixed environment, balancing multiple priorities with confidence.
- Based in Singapore, with a deep understanding of the APAC commercial and brand landscape.
- You deliver above-target revenue growth across both destination and brand verticals.
- Skyscanner becomes the go-to partner for tourism boards, ministries and brands seeking global traveller reach.
