SaveApplyWe're looking for a Visual Design Lead to shape and elevate one of the globally recognized cultural brand in emerging tech event space. You'll take full ownership of all creative vision-from brand identity to immersive experience design-and build, lead, and inspire a high-performance creative team.Core Responsibilities
- Set and evolve the creative vision: brand identity, campaigns, environment design, and storytelling frameworks aligned with the company's global cultural impact.
- Plan and design immersive physical and digital experiences-installations, stages, signage, merchandise-to build cohesive narrative environments.
- Ensure brand consistency and creative excellence through partnership with leadership, production, marketing, sponsorship, regional teams, and external agencies.
- Approve and refine visual work across touchpoints-ensuring alignment with brand ethos, event goals, and audience engagement.
- Architect creative workflows, timelines, and processes that support on-time and high-quality output.
- Mentor and scale a multidisciplinary creative team (in-house + freelancers), fostering a culture of curiosity, visual intelligence, and executional rigor.
- Oversee creative deliverables across static, motion, digital storytelling, and merchandise, collaborating closely with marketing, speaker, sponsorship, and experience teams.
- 10+ years of experience in design, branding, or creative leadership-including at least 3 years managing creative teams.
- A compelling portfolio demonstrating work in brand identity, digital/spatial/experiential design-ideally with exposure to Web3, luxury, tech, media, or large-scale events.
- Proven ability to inspire and grow creative talent through mentorship, team building, and culture setting.
- Highly collaborative, strategic thinker with a keen editorial and aesthetic sensibility.
- Comfortable in fast-moving, dynamically changing environments with shifting priorities.
