
Assistant Manager - SAP HCM Systems (Corporate IT)

- Provide functional and technical development support for SAP SuccessFactors, SAP HCM systems
- Liaise with Corporate end users to ensure appropriate responsiveness to end user's application issues
- Prepare functional, technical and user testing specifications and training manuals
- Conduct Code Review, Unit Testing and System Integration testing
- Troubleshoot issues, identify causes and propose solutions in line with the industry best practices
- Manage vendors for the responsibilities outlined in contracts and statement of work
- Bachelor Degree in Information System, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
- Experience in SAP SuccessFactors (SF) including BTP application, SAP HCM (PY) and concur
- At least 5 years of experience in IT industry with minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in development and maintenance of SAP SF modules/ SAP HCM
- At least 3 years of experience in ABAP Programming on SAP HCM
- Experience in handling at least 1 SAP project handling experience in SAP system implementation lifecycle (requirements gathering, design, and build, testing, go-live)
- Should possess excellent logical & analytical skills with ability to work independently
- Knowledge in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferred
- SAP SuccessFactors in SAP SF, SAP Concur and SAP HCM integration will be preferred
