- Act as the primary IT liaison with business functions such as Finance (e.g., accounting, controlling, treasury) and Supply Chain (e.g., demand planning, procurement, logistics, inventory management) department
- Understand the strategies, goals, and challenges of business units, and develop and propose IT strategies aligned with them.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to lead the requirements definition, planning, initiation, and execution of IT projects and initiatives.
- Plan and propose IT initiatives that contribute to business process and service improvements, with a particular focus on the upcoming ERP (Grow with SAP) implementation and conduct impact assessments to measure effectiveness.
- Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement of the systems (particularly ERP) ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaborate with business process owner, translate business requirement into SAP solutions
- Contribute to the optimal allocation of IT budgets and resources, and drive efforts to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Work closely with internal and external vendors and partners to drive the implementation and operation of IT solutions.
- Execute initiatives with a strong focus on IT governance, risk management, and compliance with internal controls (e.g., J-SOX) and GxP.
- Lead initiatives related to digital transformation (DX).
- Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field, Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management or system implementation, with SAP solutions.
- Proven experience in managing mid to large-scale SAP ERP landscape, preferably with FI/CO and SD/MM modules.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry processes and regulations is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural and geographically dispersed environment.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional Asian languages is an advantage.
