JOB DESCRIPTIONOriginate new business opportunities, strategize value creation both for Keppel & customer and convert opportunity to contractBe proactive in scouting needs, staying abreast of technology trends and foresights, and translating these into insightful reportsManage end-to-end innovation process from strategy, ideation, development to business plans in collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersManage ecosystem and channel partnershipsDevelop and strengthen relationships with internal and external stakeholders and clients in the low carbon energy sectorDevelop new business models or transform existing ones, including organisational development, capability mapping and operating model changeManage project budgets and financesSuch other duties and responsibilities as may be reasonably requested by your immediate supervisor / the head of department from time to timeSupport Regional markets on CaaS pursuits as part of Central team in SingaporeJOB REQUIREMENTSDegree in Engineering, Science or technologically-related fields with minimum 8 years of relevant work experience. Master’s degree in business is advantageous.Familiarity with technology trends and innovation drivers in high-side cooling systems and industry best practices will be advantageous.Creative and innovation thinking with proven track record of energy transition success in securing new contracts in cooling sector.Solid commercial understanding with basic financial modelling, payback period analysis, etc. crucial .Passion for new technologies and technical acumen to evaluate their relevance in sustainability and energy efficiency.Excellent project and stakeholder management skills, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Understanding of cooling business and service-based business models, including best practice processes.Ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary lean team environment and to take initiative and deliver projects independently when required.This role is based in Singapore but focuses on business development for the India market.
