- Develop and implement a robust strategic plan to accelerate business growth in the Mega City and deliver / exceed sales targets for the Mega City.
- Identify and capitalize on emerging market trends and opportunities to expand the addressable market size.
- Value Chain Optimization:
- Elevate the company's position across the value chain in each of the priority segments by fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders in each segment.
- Develop efficient business models and implement across value chain, working closely with all functions.
- Lead the implementation of Marketing Initiatives in the Mega City, working closely with Marketing department.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team driven for results.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the team.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and shared objectives across architects, designers, clients, contractors, developers, consultants and our customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for important client accounts and oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Performance Monitoring:
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and regularly assess the performance of business units to ensure targets are met.
- Utilize data analytics for strategic decision making, and drive performance improvements.
- Budget Management:
- Collaborate with the finance team to develop and manage budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance to ensure the achievement of revenue targets and profitability goals.
- Market Intelligence:
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about competitive dynamics and customer preferences.
- Adapt business strategies based on evolving market conditions and technological advancements.
- Corporate Strategy:
- Collaborate with the executive team to shape the overall corporate strategy and vision, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Represent the organization at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
- Experience: 10- 15 years of experience of work experience with more than 5 years in business leadership roles, with a proven track record in business development and sales.
- Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the urban market landscape and related industries.
