What the role is:We are looking for a motivated individual to join us in the HR outreach team. You will drive the youth outreach programme to generate and promote interest in science and technology for defence.What you will be working on:The role will require you to: - Conceptualise new initiatives and execute them effectively. - Ensure seamless implementation of programmes designed to increase brand awareness of DSTA. - Build effective partnership with schools and other agencies within Defence Technology Community.What we are looking for:- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences, Communications Studies or equivalent - Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience - Experience in outreach and programme management would be an advantage - Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written - Good IT knowledge and skills - Meticulous and thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentAbout Defence Science and Technology Agency:At DSTA, we are looking for Greater Minds who are passionate about developing advanced technological solutions to enhance Singapore's defence capabilities.
