[What the role is] You will be part of a dynamic team to support the planning, coordination and development of enterprise-focus programmes or initiatives that enhance workforce capabilities and support business transformation within the Enterprise Development Group (EDG)[What you will be working on]This includes:Aligning our enterprise-focus programmes or initiatives with WSG’s strategic objectives through establishing success metrics, continuous review and working with internal stakeholders to coordinate inputsAnalysing industry trends, workforce data, and market studies to evaluate policy issues -by developing evidence-based or data-driven recommendations for improvements of programmes managed by EDGDetermining EDG’s priorities and targets to drive enterprises’ participation in workforce developmentCoordinating responses from WSG and MOM’s policy divisions or other agencies on cross-cutting policy matters, parliamentary questions related to EDG programmesCoordinate the annual corporate planning cycle across EDG to review KPI performances and ensuring alignment with WSG's strategic objectives and industry transformation goalsRequired Skills and Competencies:Planning and Implementation: Plan, coordinate and develop enterprise-focus initiatives in line with WSG’s priorities (e.g. workforce transformation, skills-first approach for hiring and workforce development).Policy and Programme Analysis: Analyse policy issues, engage with stakeholders to gather inputs, assess current gaps and provide recommendations.Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders (e.g. WSG’s policy and industry divisions) and external stakeholders (e.g. Ministry of Manpower) on matters aligned to EDG’s priorities.Strong analysis and Critical Thinking: Able to analyse complex information, evaluate options systematically and make sound decisions based on data and logical reasoningData Analysis and Interpretation: Analyse programme performance using key performance metrics and use data for decision-making.
