Over the years, we have been involved in & have completed projects across a wide variety of fields covering all sectors such as commercial office buildings, educational & institutional buildings, religious buildings, residential building, hotels, warehouses, civil & infrastructure facilities and recreational development.Job DescriptionJob DescriptionThe Accounts Intern will support the Finance and Accounts team in daily accounting operations, financial record-keeping, and administrative tasks. This internship provides hands-on experience with accounting processes and an opportunity to gain practical skills relevant to a career in accounting or finance.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in preparing and maintaining accurate accounting documents and records.Perform data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment vouchers into the accounting system.Support month-end and year-end closing activities.Help in bank reconciliations and account reconciliations.Organize and maintain proper filing of financial documents.Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.Prepare simple financial reports or summaries as directed.Support the team in audit preparation and documentation.Handle other general administrative and accounting-related tasks as assigned.RequirementsCurrently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field from a recognized Institution of Higher Learning (IHL).Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications.Good attention to detail and accuracy.Strong sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Good communication and organizational skills.Application InstructionsPlease apply for this position by submitting your text CV using InternSG.
