- Ensures vessels are operated with safety, efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness, in line with Class, statutory regulations, and the Company's Safety Management System.
- Defines targets and expectations, actively implementing measures to drive sea staff compliance.
- Guides, trains, and develops junior staff, Masters, Chief Engineers, and officers with leadership potential onboard.
- Provides day-to-day technical and operational support and advice to designated vessels.
- Reviews vessel performance and ensures appropriate, timely, and effective corrective actions.
- Develops and manages vessel budgets, controlling operational expenditure while maintaining standards required by Clients.
- Plans, coordinates, and oversees dry-docking and major repair projects for client vessels.
- Performs regular vessel inspections, including sailing visits, to assess condition and verify compliance with company standards.
