We have also embarked on our digital transformation journey, striving to be the Lighthouse for the Consumer Products Supply (CPS) plants in Asia and to be a leader in digital transformation.Pacific Refreshments Pte Ltd is a winner of the '2020 HR Asia Best Companies to Work For' Award.Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do For Us:This role will offer exposure to a variety of EHS regulations and provide an opportunity to develop your analytical and problem-solving skills. Also, it will allow you to contribute positively towards fostering a safe and healthy work environment. You'll be working hand-in-hand with experienced EHS practitioners and other key personnel in the organization, providing you with an ideal platform for career growth in the health and safety industry.

Assisting in the development, implementation, and maintenance of safety and health programs, systems, and procedures.
Monitoring hazardous and non-hazardous waste management, as well as management of regulated substances like Hazardous substances, Flammable materials.
Assisting in coordinating and delivering EHS training programs to employees, organizing of various site wide safety & sustainability awareness campaigns.
Assisting in emergency response planning and drills.
Assisting in data management & analytics for safety & sustainability performance to identify improvement opportunities.
Be part of the sustainability team to work on water, energy improvement & carbon net zero projects.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate from a degree program in Environmental Science, Occupational Health and Safety, Sustainability or a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
Self-motivated and have a proactive approach to work.
Prior internships, projects or volunteer work in digitalization fields are desirable.
