What the role is:We are looking for an Operations Manager for the Airport Logistics Park Singapore (ALPs).What you will be working on:(1) Support the General Manager (GM) in all activities related to Operation at ALPS which includes, but not limited to: • Working with the GM to select service providers; • Overseeing all Ops matters, including setting up of Ops SOPs, payment to service provider, monitoring of their performance against established service KPIs; • Point-of-Contact for tenants and manage all tenants on Ops concerns; • Planning and executing security spot checks/ audit/ exercises; • Ensure functioning and uptime of all security systems; • Planning for future Ops to increase efficiency and reduce cost. (2) Support GM in all activities related to compliance, but not limited to: • Ensuring compliance with Part3A -Regulation of FTZ (Free Trade Zone) Operator in the FTZ Act; • Act as conduit with lessees and tenants with the authorities on compliance requirements • Liaising with the relevant authorities to learn about the compliance requirements under different Acts or regulations; • Working with SG Customs and ICA on queries regarding lessee and their sub-tenant's activities or incidents within the ALPS boundary; and to conduct or support in subsequent investigations; • Collating and generating necessary reports for submission to Customs/authorities; • Assisting in the preparation and submission of reports to FTZO Board, where applicable • Screening of directors of lessees and their sub-tenants doing business in ALPS.What we are looking for:Candidates with experience in Logistics, Compliance, Operations and Security Management are welcome to apply.
