
Outsource IT Engineer L1 (12 months Contract)

- Provide first-line IT support for end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents via on-site and remote access channels
- Install, configure, and support cloud-based productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft 365 suite)
- Provide support for financial applications such as Bloomberg (installation and issue resolution)
- Assist with basic phone system administration, including deployment and resetting
- Respond to general IT support requests, including video conferencing setups and mobile email configurations
- Escalate complex issues when necessary and ensure timely resolution
- Be available to respond to urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours
- Support IT-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Manager or Management
- ITE or Diploma in Information Technology or a related field
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience in IT support, preferably in a desktop support or technical support role
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (installation and troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with financial tools (e.g., Bloomberg) and basic telephony systems is advantageous
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload independently
- Comfortable working under pressure and meeting service level agreements (SLAs)
- Willingness to be flexible with working hours and provide support when required
- Salary: Up to SGD 3,000
- Working Location: Promenade
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, Mon to Fri, 7 am to 4 pm
- 12 months Contract
