Reporting to the Supply-Chain Senior Manager, you will work across multiple functions: Planning, Inventory, Logistics, Cross-Border, 3PL management, Last Miles and more.With operations spamming across the US, Europe and APAC, you will gain international exposure, working in close collaboration with various departments: Product, Marketing, eCom, Customer Support and Business Development/GTM.What You’ll doSupply PlanningPrepare and share regular sales and performance reportsAnalyze and forecast inventory needs to maintain healthy stock across channelsPlan for incoming stock, inventory rebalancing, and new product launches with both internal and external partnersParticipate in weekly operational reviews, cross-functional meetings, and support business decisions with accurate dataInventory ManagementOversee the accuracy and health of our inventory across multiple locations and 3PL partnersCompile, track, and reconcile order/fulfilment data for transparency and optimizationSupport audits, monthly reconciliations, and continuous process improvement initiativesOwn invoicing processes with partners, ensuring timely payment and strong vendor relationshipsLogistics ExecutionEnsure daily fulfilment runs without a hitch—act fast to troubleshoot stuck or error ordersDrive customer service actions: resolve support tickets, handle refunds, reshipments, amendments, and exceptionsLiaise with logistics partners for timely order dispatch, monitor delivery and receiving operations, and close the loop on all ordersDocument and communicate issues for root cause analysis, supporting a “fix-it and learn” culturePartner & Vendor ManagementManages day-to-day supplier coordination with clear updates, follow-ups, and escalation when needed. Tracks delivery timelines, cost changes, and production milestones reliably. Vendor scorecards or feedback loops are reviewed at least quarterlyBuilds trust through consistent, professional communication. Maintains clear SOPs and timelines. Escalates issues early enough to prevent downstream impactDocumentation & ComplianceMaintains organized documentation for key workflows: inbound shipments, COGS, PO lifecycle, freight documents, and tax forms. Tools like Google Drive, Monday, or AirTable are used consistently with shared accessUpdates SOPs after major process or partner changes. Can retrieve records promptly when needed for Finance, CX, or audit purposes. Defines and maintains clear filing structureFulfillment Monitoring & Exception HandlingMonitors daily/weekly fulfillment reports and flags delays, mispacks, or routing errors promptly. Coordinates with 3PLs or CX to resolve issues and closes loop on customer impactTracks top exceptions by type (e.g. missed SLAs, split shipments) and initiates preventive measures with manager supportData Accuracy & System HygieneMaintains clean, consistent, and up-to-date records in internal tools (e.g. Monday, AirTable, Shopify). Ensures reliable data inputs across SKUs, vendors, POs, and inventoryMaintains accurate data for key records: SKUs, vendors, inventory, costs, and inbound POs. Follows structured naming, version control, and entry procedures. Updates tools weekly or upon new activityFlags potential mismatches between systems and corrects errors quickly. As a result, multiple metrics will constitute the basis of your performance and success within this role and the company:Key Objective #1: Ensure Supply Continuity & Inventory HealthDeliver accurate demand forecasts to support optimal stock levels across all channelsMaintain a strong in-stock rate and avoid supply disruptions during peak and promotional periodsCollaborate cross-functionally to plan launches and rebalancing with precision and agilityKey Objective #2: Execute Seamless Logistics & Fulfillment OperationsEnsure timely and error-free order fulfillment through effective 3PL coordinationResolve logistics exceptions and support tickets swiftly, minimizing customer impactMaintain high service levels with partners by monitoring and escalating performance issues appropriatelyKey Objective #3: Uphold Operational Accuracy, Compliance & Data IntegrityMaintain clean, up-to-date data across internal systems, tools, and documentationSupport audits, invoicing, and vendor processes with accurate records and structured workflowsKeep SOPs and reporting aligned with business changes and ensure accessibility across teamsWhat You Bring5+ years of hands-on logistics experience managing day-to-day order fulfillment, exception handling, and 3PL coordination in a high-volume, fast-paced eCommerce or DTC settingStrong operational mindset with a passion for executional excellence—you’re detail-obsessed, process-driven, and know how to keep systems, vendors, and timelines tightly alignedProficiency in supply planning—you can forecast needs, support product launches, and align supply with demand to avoid overstock or stockoutsSolid foundation in inventory management, including reconciliation, reporting, and multi-location stock visibility across internal and external systemsFluency with digital tools and systems like Shopify, Asana, Slack to ensure seamless cross-team collaboration and data accuracyClear, action-oriented communicator who proactively collaborates across CX, Ops, Product, and Finance to drive results and resolve issuesSolution-seeker with initiative—you bring curiosity, ownership, and a continuous improvement mindset to every part of your work
