This role will provide end-to-end HR support to ESR’s real estate services business unit, working closely with business leaders to ensure that HR strategies and initiatives are aligned with the organization’s goals.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the HR Business Partner in the following areas:
  • Drive HR initiatives and projects, reinforcing organizational policies, culture, and best practices.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify staffing needs and manage the full recruitment cycle.
  • Apply HR budgeting, numerical analysis, and data management skills to support strategic planning and decision-making.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with local labor laws and statutory requirements, mitigating potential risks.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR reports, including contract expirations, re-employment, work pass renewals, department welfare programs, employee referrals, and vendor invoices.
  • Respond to employee inquiries on payroll, benefits, and other HR matters, providing timely and accurate support to enhance employee engagement.
  • Work with leadership teams to design and implement workforce planning strategies aligned with business goals. Analyze workforce data to identify talent gaps and develop targeted initiatives to ensure the organization is staffed with the right people in the right roles.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant HR experience in a business partnering or generalist capacity.
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions, policies, and local employment regulations.
  • Experience in the real estate or property development sector will be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all organizational levels.
  • Proficiency in numerical analysis, HR budgeting, and data management.
  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated empathy with the ability to build positive relationships across teams.
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict management abilities.
  • A collaborative team player with the capability to work independently when required.
