- Support business operations and administration within International Marketing
- Plan and execute patron gift requests in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage department-wide festive gifting initiatives, working closely with the Branding team to ensure adherence to corporate brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with the Branch Office teams on planning and executing overseas regional events, including vendor liaison and on-site logistics support.
- Provide accurate and timely information all team members, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain effective cross-functional communication with both internal and external departments.
- Perform a range of administrative duties for the International Marketing and Branch Office teams, including complex travel arrangements and itinerary planning.
- Organize and coordinate departmental events and meetings, ensuring efficient execution and attention to detail.
- Manage inventory, monitor departmental supplies, and support procurement where necessary.
- Handle dynamic calendar management for senior team members, including coordination across multiple time zones.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all communications and information handling.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an Administrative or Executive support role, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Procurement and Collaboration tools (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Concur, etc.).
