- Support in coordinating trainer’s availability and training logistics for in-house learning
- Support Subject Matter Experts (SME) implementation of the total learning framework that aligns with the business strategy.
- Assist to maintain and manage learning application and tools used by the company
- Support the requirements and deploys innovative solutions for training delivery and learning to enable a dynamic organization.
- Assist on liaising with external vendors
- Assist on ensuring quality content development (internal and external)
- Identify and implement processes and procedures to continuously review, track (metrics) and assess training objectives and effectiveness.
- Assist to prepare and generate required learning reports to respective stakeholders
- Assist on design works on training communication
- Ad-hoc projects/duties as assigned
- Good knowledge of computer – Windows and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, power point)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Creative thinking, basic data management and/or analysis skills would be added advantage
- Preferably with ACTA/ACLP certification
