- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related discipline
- 10+ years of sales/commercial training experience; Prior Life Sciences field sales experience a plus
- Extensive knowledge of sales training best practices, analysis, instructional design, delivery, implementation, and evaluation.
- Ability to utilise knowledge of adult learning theory, various learning styles, and effective information design principles to improve learner success and ensure overall efficiency of training.
- Ability to effectively execute variety of training deliverable (i.e. Face-to-face instructor-led training, virtual instructor-led training, self-guided resources)
- Ability to use performance metrics and analysis to improve and customize training
- Functional management experience and ability to define and concisely communicate sales training recommendations to senior leaders
- Skilled at working across functions and stakeholders to define needs, leverage resources, implement plans and gain commitment to action. Comfortable working with people across cultures and beyond organization including suppliers and vendors to drive business results.
- Commit to results orientation with experience in managing multiple tasks and staying flexible in a dynamic and changing environment with competing priorities.
- Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and communication skills
- Experience in managing a project from its initiation to delivery.
- Prior experience with major learning management systems (LMS) preferred.
