- Provide service and support for CCTV and Card Access security systems, as well as third-party security equipment such as barriers and Under Vehicle Surveillance Systems (UVSS).
- Proactively anticipate site-specific situations to arrange appropriate solutions or replacements, ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
- Lead and guide technicians through challenging situations, fostering a team environment that overcomes technical challenges.
- Demonstrate expertise in troubleshooting a variety of security systems (Genetec, Milestone, Avigilion, Lenel, Gallagher, Hikvision), utilizing both practical skills and theoretical knowledge.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and health checks of backend systems to ensure their reliability and performance.
- Manage the backup of camera images and safeguard the integrity of security systems to prevent any risk of compromise.
- Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction through prompt service, effective communication, and adherence to service level agreements.
- Efficiently manage and prioritize daily service tasks and support duties.
- Diploma, Nitec or Higher Nitec in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in security systems, including troubleshooting CCTV, Card Access security systems, Intruder Detection Systems, and PV systems.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Linux operating systems is required.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong discipline in Electrical, Electronic, and IT practices.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with a focus on meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
- Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents only.
- Must be able to be on standby for rotating night shifts and weekends.
