Main ObjectivesSpearhead the area performance for designated Areas through various performance forums.Ensure area performance in line with key performance management tools.Prepare, drive and lead performance calls as per designated schedule. ResponsibilitiesResponsible for coordinating relevant sales matters related to the Region.Drive the highest levels of quality towards our customers, be customer-oriented and create value for customers as well as for Hapag-Lloyd.Drive performance across designated areas within the Region by exceeding Quality promises and KPI Deliverables.Guiding areas regarding customer segmentation.Monitor portfolio data quality in various systems.Drive and support key sales targets implementation and set-up of related processes (account plans, visits, portfolio coverage, opportunities, etc).Ensure sales meeting cadence is adhered to in the areas.Monitor and drive Sales Force usage across sales teams.Roll out relevant sales trainings (in coordination with internal stakeholders).Potentially partake in the resource planning and resource allocation exercise with the areas to ensure right size.Support and drive action plans related to customer experience.Potentially conduct and/or assist in Area Visits.Support and drive performance across all areas within the Region by exceeding KPIsLead performance calls with various stakeholders with the goal of improving the regional performance.Grow knowledge and drive area usage of various performance tools.Monitor and drive continuous performance improvement across all sales channels.Support and/or Implement Global, Regional and/or area sales performance related projects.Guiding areas regarding Global, Regional and/or area sales performance related projects.Campaign Management.Support any and all sales related product rollouts.External and internal Communication.Potential representation in exhibitions and fairs.Ensure regional adherence to regulatory affairs and tariff filings where applicable.Support in generating weekly reports for comprehensive overview of KPIs. RequirementsExperienceUniversity degree and 5 years of relevant experience in the maritime industry or equivalent combination of education and experience.Advanced negotiation, decision-making and presentation skills, self-confident and friendly when dealing with others.Demonstrated strong listening, verbal and written communication skills.Self-starter, self-motivated, resourceful and responsive.Demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, organize work and implement action items.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to take initiative and work under pressure and tight deadlines.Attention to detail, analytical, systematic and efficient way of working.Result driven team player with a proactive attitude.Understanding of the various sales processes.Able to conduct trainings with larger audiences.Skills & CompetenciesAdvanced in Power Point, Excel and Word.Proficient in English, both writing and speaking.Experience in Empower is a plus.Experience in Sales Force is a plusExperience in front line sales is a plus.
