Learn more about what sets us apart .About The RoleAs a Facilities Management team Leasing Executive (Residential) for Knight Frank Property & Facilities Management, you’ll be instrumental in ensuring our residential communities are well-maintained and thriving. This role puts you at the forefront of managing tenant relationships, lease negotiations, and community satisfaction, fostering a seamless living experience for residents. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and are excited about residential real estate, we’d love to hear from you!What You Will Be DoingLease Management: Oversee leasing activities, including the preparation of Letters of Offer and Tenancy Agreements, and collaborate with solicitors on lease documentation.Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual budget forecasts and generate monthly management reports to track performance and support strategic decision-making.Market Research & Occupancy Strategy: Stay updated on residential trends, constantly reviewing tenant mix and occupancy strategies to maintain a high occupancy rate.Resident Relations: Build and nurture positive relationships with residents, addressing tenancy matters such as move-ins, compliance, and maintenance promptly and professionally.Financial Management: Manage residential rental income and arrears, working closely with the Finance team on billing, deposit refunds, and related financial matters.Authority Liaison: Coordinate applications and liaise with relevant authorities on lease-related matters, ensuring compliance and a smooth leasing process.What We’re Looking For Someone Who’sCEA Qualified: Holds the necessary qualifications to be registered with the Council for Estate Agencies (CEA).Experienced in Real Estate: Has a Diploma in Real Estate or a related discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in residential leasing or property management.Skilled in Negotiation & Marketing: Strong in lease negotiations and able to engage effectively with a diverse range of tenants and stakeholders.Detail-Oriented & Analytical: Meticulous in documentation, with solid financial analytical skills for managing budgets and lease-related finances.Proactive & Resident-Focused: Brings excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive resident relations and address their needs efficiently.Why Knight Frank?Lots of opportunities for growth and career development.A supportive, collaborative team that values what you bring to the table.Continuous learning and development to help you advance.If you’re ready to make an impact and grow your career in property management, we’d love to hear from you!Competitive salaryPlease note: this is a Direct Search led by Knight Frank.
