- Respond to enquiries, provide quotations / proposals
- Follow up on converting and extending quotations
- Keeping contact health for VIPs in green (+5 contacts monthly)
- Consolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each relationship
- Regularly reach out to all contacts in Account to keep mindshare
- Effectively increase revenue from existing clients
- Establish long-term support contracts
- Leverage existing contacts to identify new Leads in the account
- Company introduction to new Leads
- Determine & document project scope with Customers
- Manage Customer Interaction and Change Management
- Follow up on Customer / Student Feedback
- Identify and contract required partners for service delivery
- Manage projects/events at location
- Develop, Customize and/or Improve marketing material for platforms and services
- Identify Partner for strategic / scalable growth
- Consolidate Qualitative Feedback on Strength and improvement areas for each project
- Follow up with product development team on product improvements
- Bachelor Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B), sales support, and knowledge of end-to-end sales cycle
- Great communication skills, Fluent English required (speaking) to communicate with regional clients
- Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
- Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
- Prior experience with preparing complex quotations & contracts
- Result- orientation; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
