- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-friendly microservices and applications.
- Proactively identify and implement opportunities to optimize and automate business processes end-to-end.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable backend services and microservices using Java and related technologies.
- Automate complex business processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Integrate AI models into automation workflows, applying prompt engineering techniques to customize AI behavior.
- Collaborate with data scientists, AI specialists, and cross-functional teams to implement, test, and optimize AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure software quality through code reviews, unit testing, and documentation.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in AI, automation, microservices, and backend development technologies.
- Drive innovation by researching and applying new tools, technologies, and methodologies.

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in automating processes using technologies such as RPA, workflow automation tools, or custom automation frameworks.
- Strong backend development skills in Java (Java 8+), with experience in Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Exposure to AI models (e.g., NLP, computer vision, or other ML models) and practical experience with prompt engineering to customize AI behavior.
- Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration tools (Kubernetes) is a plus.
- Good understanding of software development lifecycle, design patterns, and agile methodologies.
- Proficient with version control systems (Git).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of databases (both SQL and NoSQL).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of AI/ML frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch)
