We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Developer with 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience who can lead a development squad and deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience in the public sector domain. Familiarity with OmniStudio (OmniScripts) is highly desirable.Key Responsibilities
- Lead a squad of developers in implementing Salesforce solutions.
- Design and develop enhancements using Salesforce configurations, Apex, and Visualforce.
- Build scalable and secure integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Conduct technical analysis and design for customizations and integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into functional solutions.
- Ensure best practices in development, code quality, and technical documentation.
- 8+ years of Salesforce development experience
- Leadership experience managing or mentoring developers
- Proficiency in:
- Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
- Salesforce configuration/customization
- Salesforce API integrations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and development lifecycle
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Salesforce Public Sector Solutions
- Hands-on experience with OmniStudio / OmniScripts
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Familiarity with DevOps tools for Salesforce (e.g., Copado, Gearset)
